The Master bedroom is airconditioned with a queen size bed while the living room has a queen size sectional sleeper sofa with electric fan, free “plug and surf” internet connection, dining area has a dinette for 4, kitchen has 2 burner stove, full ref with freezer, microwave, toaster oven, rice cooker, initial toiletry/cleaning supply, bathroom has hotwater in the tub shower and sink. Condo rental only, we do not provide hotel services.

Only 1 block to the business district on Ayala Avenue and Makati Avenue. Two blocks to 5 star hotels like Shangrila Hotel, Manila Peninsula Hotel and The Renaissance New World Hotel.
This 410 sq. ft. Studio has a queen size bed, and a daybed that has a trundle bed underneath that when put together makes a king size bed. It has airconditioning and hotwater, also includes all beddings, towels, cookware, dinnerware, initial cleaning and toiletry supply. Utilities like cable tv, no toll calls, internet connection, and within normal use of hot water and electricity, are all included. Condo rental only, no hotel services.
