Cross the street to the brand new high end designers Mall, Greenbelt 5 Mall that leads to the rest of Greenbelt and Glorietta Malls, Restaurants and Theaters. 2 blocks to 5 star hotels like Shangri-La Hotel, Manila Peninsula, Renaissance New World.

This condo has an airconditioned bedroom with queen size bed, writing desk with balcony. The living room is also airconditioned with a double size sofabed, chair, tv. Kitchen area has dinette for 4, full size refrigerator with freezer, 2 burner stove, overhead rangehood vent, microwave. Bathroom has hotwater shower. Initial toiletry and cleaning supply are provided. Rate is inclusive of utilities like cable, internet connection, no toll calls and within normal use of  hotwater and electricity.

$60./night for up to 4 persons, for 5 days minimum stay required to avail of this rate, lower rates for more than 10 days of stay. Condo rentals only, no hotel services.  Higher rates for the peak season starting Dec. 1 to Jan. 15.  5% of net proceeds will be donated, on behalf of booked guests, to a poor parish of Sagrada Familia.

This Studio Suite is located on the 7th floor of Prince Plaza 2, in the heart of Makati, across the street to the newly built high end designer mall, Greenbelt 5, that leads to all of Greenbelt and Glorietta Malls, Restaurants and Theaters. This condo is only 1 block to the business district on Ayala Avenue and Makati Avenue, two blocks to 5 star hotels like Shangrila Hotel, Manila Peninsula Hotel and The Renaissance New World Hotel.

350 sq. ft., with a queen size bed and double size futon mattress, has a sitting area, dinnerware, cookware, beddings, towels, initial cleaning and toiletry supply.

Standard rate is $45./day for up to 4 persons, lower rates for more than 10 days of stay, inclusive of everything, also utilities like cable, no-toll calls, internet connection, hot water and electricity within normal use. 5 days minimum stay required unless open dates are available between existing booked dates. Peak season rates are from Dec. 1 to Jan. 15. 5% of net proceeds will be donated, on behalf of booked guests, to a poor parish of Sagrada Familia.

Our condo rentals do not come with hotel services.

This 410 sq. ft. Studio has a queen size bed and also has a daybed with a trundle bed underneath, that when put together makes a king size bed. It has airconditioning and hot water, also includes spare beddings, towels, cookware, dinnerware, initial cleaning and toiletry supply. Utilities like cable tv, no toll calls, internet connection, electricity within normal use, are all included in our daily rate.

Standard rate, $50./night for up to 4 persons, lower rates for more than 10 days of stay. To avail of this rate, 5 days minimum stay required unless we have available dates between existing bookings. Peak Season rates are from Dec. 1 to Jan. 15. Donation to a poor parish of Sagrada Familia is made on behalf of our booked guests.

No hotel services will be provided.

635 sq. ft. 1 bedroom executive suite on the 32nd floor of Greenhills Elan Hotel Modern on 49 Annapolis Street with access to all hotel facilities, located across the newly upgraded Greenhills Shopping Center with great views of nearby Wack-Wack golf course, Manila bay, Makati skyline, Laguna de Bay. Only 2 blocks to EDSA and Ortigas Avenue.

The Master bedroom is airconditioned with a queen size bed while the separate living room has a queen size sectional sleeper sofa with 2 electric fans and tv, dining area has a dinette for 4 and kitchen has 2 burner stove, overhead rangehood vent, microwave, full ref with freezer, toaster oven, rice cooker. Extra beddings, towels, kitchenwares, cable, local landline calls, free “plug and surf” internet connection, within normal use are included in the rate.

Our condo rentals are for condo and contents only, so no hotel services are included.

Standard rate, $49./night for up to 4 persons, minimum stay of 21 days required to avail of this rate, during Low Season, full month during Peak Season, negotiable rate for full month or long term leases of 6 months or more. Higher Rates for Peak Season, from Dec. 1 to Jan. 15.
