Rate is inclusive of utilities like cable, local or no-toll calls, internet connection, hotwater and electricity within normal use. Condo rental does not come with hotel services.

Standard rate, $50./night for 3 adults, lower rates for more than 10 days of stay. 1 week minimum stay required to avail of standard rate unless there are open dates between existing bookings.
