This condo has an airconditioned bedroom with queen size bed, writing desk with balcony. The living room is also airconditioned with a double size sofabed, chair, tv. Initial toiletry and cleaning supply are provided. Rate is inclusive of utilities like cable, internet connection, no toll calls and within normal use of  hotwater and electricity.

$60./night for up to 4 persons, for 5 days minimum stay required to avail of this rate, lower rates for more than 10 days of stay. Condo rentals only, no hotel services.  Higher rates for the peak season starting Dec. 1 to Jan. 15.  5% of net proceeds will be donated, on behalf of booked guests, to a poor parish of Sagrada Familia.

This 300 sq. ft. Studio Suite is on the 23rd floor of Greenhills Elan Hotel Modern with access to all hotel facilities, on 49 Annapolis Street across the newly upgraded Greenhills Shopping Center, which on a clear day has great views of nearby Wack-Wack golf course, Manila bay, Makati skyline.

Furnitures, appliances, kitchenwares, full size futon mattress, tv, dvd, internet connection, utilities within normal use, hotwater in tub of bathroom shower/sink and initial cleaning/toiletry supply are included in the rate. Our condo rentals are for condo and contents only, no hotel services will be provided.

Special rate, $40./night for up to 4 persons, minimum stay of 21 days required to avail of this rate, negotiable for full month or long term leases of 6 months or more. Higher Rates during Peak Season, from Dec. 1 to Jan. 15.

800 sq. ft. 2 bedroom condo with 1 parking in a very well secured exclusive residential neighborhood. Great for family gatherings or reunions where kids can feel safe in the playground while the adults barbecue at the outdoor grill in the village garden. Located in the upscale neighborhood of Galeria de Magallanes condo complex, along South Luzon Expressway, 1 corner from Max Fried Chicken, Jollibee and a convenience store, where they sell the best chocolate cake in town. 2 blocks to the new strip mall that has a Rustan’s grocery, major banks and a big selection of restaurants like Pancake House, El Comedor, Starbucks, to name a few. About 10 minutes to the airport, 5 to 10 minutes to Makati’s Major Malls, City Center and Business District.

The 2 bedrooms have split type airconditioners with queen size beds, separate living area has split type airconditioner, sofa, tv, dining table for 4 with a well equipped kitchen, beddings, towels, kitchenware, initial toiletry/cleaning supply included with 1 parking under the building. Wifi is available in the pool area.

$65./day for up to 4 persons, excluding electricity charges. Average usage is approximately, $40./week.  1 week minimum rent required unless open dates are available between existing bookings.
