This 6 year old, 370 square feet Studio Suite with bedroom area, is located on the 9th floor of  Greenbelt Parkplace in the heart of the business and shopping district of Makati, only 3 blocks from Greenbelt Malls, which connects to Glorietta Malls, Theaters and Restaurants.

Pls. note! This condo is owner-operated, not managed by Oswego Inc. so it does not have internet connection nor landline.  This property has airconditioning, hot water shower, cable tv, beddings, towels, cookware, dinnerware.

Standard rate, $55./night for up to 4 persons and includes utilities within normal use.  To avail of this rate, 5 days minimum stay required unless we have available dates between existing bookings. Peak Season rates are from Dec. 1 to Jan. 15. Condo rental only, no hotel services.

Junior Suite, upgraded with customized furnishings, well equipped separate kitchen and bedroom area, located on the 18th floor of Greenbelt Parkplace Condo, only 3 blocks to the Greenbelt and Glorietta Malls, Theaters and Restaurants, in the heart of the Shopping and Business District of Makati.

This condo is owner-operated so pls. note that it is not managed by Oswego Inc. and may not provide the same things found in our own condos. This condo does not have internet nor landline. It has airconditioning and hot water, spare beddings, towels, cookware, dinnerware, initial toiletry and cleaning supply. Utilities are inclusive within normal use.
