Located on the 2nd floor of a 3 level building (sorry, no elevators) in the upscale neighborhood of Galeria de Magallanes condo complex, along South Luzon Expressway, 1 corner from Max Fried Chicken, Jollibee and a convenience store, where they sell the best chocolate cake in town. 2 blocks to the new strip mall that has a Rustan’s grocery, major banks and a big selection of restaurants like Pancake House, El Comedor, Starbucks, to name a few. About 10 minutes to the airport, 5 to 10 minutes to Makati’s Major Malls, City Center and Business District.
All bedrooms and den are airconditioned with queen size beds in the 2 bedroom and a single bed in the den. A separate living area and separate well equipped kitchen. Beddings, towels, kitchenware, initial toiletry/cleaning supply included. 1 parking slot right under the condo unit. Wifi is available in the pool area.
$65./day for up to 4 persons, inclusive of utilities within normal use of electricity. To avoid being charged excessive use of electricity, refrain from using all airconditioners at the same time. 1 week minimum rent required unless open dates are available between existing bookings.
